Some notes before we begin:
- Please excuse the nasal-y voice and sniffling. I have a cold. And allergies. :)
- And that "airplane" sound in the middle? That's my computer. I promise no jets landed on my building during the making of this film.
- And with that...I bring you our feature presentation. Haha. :)
- [Edit: I have no idea why my mouth and voice are speaking at two different times. I'm pretty sure something went crazy on the YouTube end of the matter because it is fine on my computer. Probably this crazy slow internet in the dorm. I'll see what I can do this weekend at home. :)]
Lots of stuff to digest. (But, I cannot leave without saying I kind of felt like I was watching a Bruce Lee movie since your mouth moving did not match the audio! It made me think of your Uncle Jeff! lol!) Love you lots :)
ReplyDeleteI totally know how you feel! Right before I got to college I decided I did not want to go into education. And since then, I haven't really had a clear idea of what I want to do, or where I want to go. It's crazy. But I like it, because I have the flexibility to think about any opportunities that may come up for after graduation, and that's kind of exciting.
ReplyDeleteIt's crazy how much disconnecting Facebook actually makes you feel more connected. At least, I sort of felt that way, because there was much more meaningful connection with people. This took a while, but after that, it worked and I loved it.
I would recommend you read Philippians. Just because I love it. Or the prophets, since you said they're interesting.
Sometimes I wonder where on earth professors come up with this stuff. I had one who would say, "And if you read your Bible..." and then half the time, what followed that was wrong. *sigh*
The cake is for a surprise party and I think it turned out pretty well. Although I have an extra can of frosting left over, so I may just have to bake another cake. Since it is a week from Hades.
ReplyDeleteFor reading the Bible, if you remember at Passion, Beth challenged us to memorize a whole book of the Bible. My goal by the end of the year is to memorize Philippians and James. (They are short and well-quoted so I already know a lot of them). The only problem is finding the time around the Beth study that we are doing to memorize Scripture. Good luck figuring out what to read next!
