((Additional Note: If you were wondering, the pictures from this week were taken by three different cameras. At the beginning of the week, I used my Nikon DSLR. Some pictures were taken with the camera on my phone. Wednesday-Sunday pictures were taken with my Sony Cybershot point and shoot that sounds like a dying cat.))

day three

Yay! I made it to Day 3. I am so happy so say that I have survived thus far. I may not take a gazillion pictures a day, but I figure that even 1 is an improvement over what I had been doing.

This morning began as usual.

004

7:25-8:20am: Get up, dressed, and ready for the day. Take morning picture in the mirror. I’m getting good at this routine.

8:20-8:50am: Commute to school

9:25am-1:15pm: Class with presentation. The, EdTech got canceled, so I had a lunch break where I dined with some girls from class. But, I forgot to take pictures. Then, I went to Math and we did fractions and stuff. No pictures from there either.

1:15-2:15pm: Drive to Auburn

006

2:30-4:00pm: Ran errands with Ivy. Office Depot, Target, Kroger. Oh- and some thrift store shopping for TVTT. 90s clothes are fun. And so are Super Center thrift stores. :)

4:00-6:00- Work on class website. Study. Facebook. Kill time.

6:30ish: Supper. Chicken tacos tonight. I love college.

7:45-9:30: Meet at church to walk downtown for frozen yogurt. Yay for Tutti Fruiti.

009 011

And…that’s DAY 3 of a “week in the life” of Lauren! :)

day two

004 003

7:25- 8:00 am: Get up, dressed, and ready to head out for observations at the school.

0420000853

8:00-9:00 am: Drive out to the country. :)

0420000855

This is my favorite part of the drive. I like the part of the hill when you can see the city. And yes, this was taken while driving. Oh-and don’t worry. The speed limit was 60.

0420001327

9:00am-1:30pm: Spend time with first graders. I know, the sign says high school, but it’s really a K-12 school. I like first grade, they boost your self esteem. All the little girls told me I looked cute. :)

1:30-2:30pm: Drive home.

2:30-6:00pm: Work on homework. Paper and presentation on Wednesday.

0126:00-8:30pm: Ball fields for Desi’s game. We ate dinner there, so I had a hot dog, chips and a drink. Yum. The boys played a good game, but we lost. :(

8:30-10:30pm: Finish homework. Shower. Pack for Auburn. Facebook. Sleep.

day one.

If you don't know what I mean by "Day 1"- go here and reread yesterday's post.
If you still don't get the whole "A Week in the Life" go here and read up on it.

So, as part of my whole "Week in the Life" project, I decided that I was going to blog and show some pictures I took each day. So that all of you could see what my days entail. And let me tell you...I have some FUN things planned for this week. So, it should be pretty exciting around here.

Photobucket

So, part of the project includes taking a picture of yourself each day. Um, check. I'm pretty good at the whole myspace/picture in the mirror thing.

Photobucket

This morning, I woke up and I got ready for the day ahead. Mondays=school day. So, at approximately 8:17, I left the house to head into town. I arrived at school at approximately 8:45. And that's all the times that I wrote down. So, the rest is all in my head. This morning, I had my Foundations class where some people did their presentations on the observations we had to do. I didn't do mine, because my turn isn't until Wednesday. And besides, I haven't completely finished the paper yet. After that class, I went down the the computer lab for my educational technology class. That's my favorite class of the day. I took a picture of my keyboard and my notebook. And then, I went to Math class. And took a test. But, I didn't take a picture of that...I thought that my teacher might get a little suspicious. I mean, I think that falls into the category of cheating. And then...I went home.

Photobucket

And when I got home. I ate some nachos and Diet Coke. And then I went with Mom to pick up the boys from school. And then we went to WalMart. Because Walmart is cool. And fun. And exciting. And while we were there, they did a fire drill. Except we didn't have to evacuate. And the sirens went off. But, they didn't sound like sirens, they sounded like really loud crickets. Weird. Anywho. Then, we went home and I started putting together my scrapbook for this whole "week in the life" project. And then I ate spaghetti for dinner. And then I scrapbooked some more. And now I'm blogging. And then, I might do some homework.

I've come to the conclusion that my life is very boring right now.
Why would future relations ever want to know what MY life was like for?!

That's all for today. Come back tomorrow for....you guessed it...Day 2!
